Nipype docker by default running only on one core

Hi guys,

we recently started using the nipype docker image for evaluation and were surprised on how long even simple calculations seem to run. Apparently the docker image does only use one core of the many available. Checking against other common docker containers that seems to be a specific issue with the nipype container. As for docker inputs we could not find a combination that allows for more cpu usage.

Did any of you guys run into that issue and did you find a way around it?

Best regards,

Thomas
