Hi all,
trying to convert over to Nipype for handling all my neuroimaging needs. I’ve searched the doc and this forum and didn’t find an answer to the question of HOW does one do ANOVAs, etc… with nipype.interfaces and/or numpy?
What I’d really like is an interface for AFNI’s 3dMVM or if you feel there’s a better tool, please point me at the documentation and/or an example. Thanks!
