Dear Nipype users and developers,
I’m currently going through some tutorial steps and have one quick question… Since the ‘derivatives’ folder is empty at http://datasets.datalad.org/?dir=/workshops/nih-2017/ds000114 , I prepared ANTS_registration.py to generate the required transforms myself.
The script is currently running… Meanwhile, can someone please confirm that I will have to specify *transformComposite.h5 (not the inverse) instead of *t1w_space-mni152nlin2009casym_warp.h5 in the example template
