In the nipype’s documentation for SPM preprocessing commands there’s a suggestion/recommendation regarding SPM Segmentation procedure stating the following:
For VBM pre-processing [http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/~john/misc/VBMclass10.pdf], TPM.nii should be replaced by /path/to/spm8/toolbox/Seg/TPM.nii
I wonder if this suggestion applies to SPM12-only use cases since I couldn’t find any reference in the SPM documentation in this regard, see: https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/~john/misc/VBMclass15.pdf.
