"nipypecli show" issue

#1

Hello everyone,

Recently I have observed that no matter which crash while I give as input, “nipypecli show” gives the same output:

    load_entry_point('nipype==1.1.2', 'console_scripts', 'nipypecli')()
  File "/mnt/project1/home1/varunk/anaconda3/envs/nipype_env2/lib/python3.6/site-packages/click/core.py", line 722, in __call__
    return self.main(*args, **kwargs)

    pkl_data = loadpkl(pklz_file)

    unpkl = pickle.load(pkl_file)
_pickle.UnpicklingError: invalid load key, '{'.

Any suggestions on why is it not showing the contents of the crash file?

Ubuntu version: 14.04 LTS
Nipype version: 1.1.2

Thanks in advance!

Hi @varunk - can you try using the command nipypecli crash instead?
