Hello. I am trying to download raw unprocessed data from Consortium for Neuropsychiatric Phenomics dataset .In this link (https://f1000research.com/articles/6-1262/v2#ref-6), it says " The processed data can be found alongside the original unprocessed data in the OpenfMRI repository6 under the revision 1.0.4.". I’ve looked at the link but couldn’t find the raw data. Can anyone point me the direction?
hi @duodenum
Thank you for your message and welcome to NeuroStars! This dataset has been migrated over to OpenNeuro as ds000030
Thank you,
Franklin
I would like to download from legacy openfmri site (https://legacy.openfmri.org/s3-browser/?prefix=ds000030/ds000030_R1.0.5/compressed/). Are files without derivatives in their names the unprocessed data? What is the difference between [ds000030_R1.0.5_sub70051-70086], [ds000030_R1.0.5_derivatives_taskgroup2.zip], [ds000030_R1.0.5_derivatives_task_sub70051-70086.zip], [ds000030_R1.0.5_derivatives_mriqc_physioplots_parameterplots.zip], [ds000030_R1.0.5_derivatives_freesurfer_sub70051-70086.zip], and [ds000030_R1.0.5_derivatives_fmriprep_sub70051-70086.zip]? I couldn’t find a proper key.
hi @duodenum
Thank you for your message. Perhaps looking at the uncompressed version is easier to evaluate the dataset structure - https://legacy.openfmri.org/s3-browser/?prefix=ds000030/ds000030_R1.0.5/uncompressed/ . Coupling that with the README conveys the data contained in the dataset. The data structure follows the BIDS standard
Thank you,
Franklin
