Hi,
I’ve successfully preprocessed my data with fMRIPrep providing a lesion mask for each participant. While I can see in the brain mask output that the lesion was taken into account, I was wondering if there is a way to also get the lesion mask as normalised output? This would be helpful since I’m planning to overlay lesions of multiple participants in standard space later.
