I was wondering whether there is an option to use an alternative normalization command instead of ANTs (e.g., AFNI’s 3dQwarp). I know that there are some parameters that the user can change, but this doesn’t seem to be one of them; if this isn’t an option with the current fMRIPrep pipeline, just let me know.
