Normalize_DWI ERROR terminated with an error exit status (2)

Hello all,
I am running Tractoflow 2.2.1 on docker. I keep running into the Normalize_DWI ERROR terminated with an error exit status (2) error, regardless what data I feed to the pipeline. Any suggestions please? How do I get the error log?

Hi @override641 ,

Sorry for the delay. While running tractoflow you should have seen a hash at the beginning of the step. You can send me the log you’ll see within this folder: work/HASH/.command.log
