Not possible to add screenshots on OpenNeuro support

Hi,

I had an issue on OpenNeuro, so I went to the ‘support’ link, and then realized that the support does not allow me to upload screenshots.

Also, the problem of an email-based support is that it is a one-on-one conversation, that does not benefit the rest of the community.

Why not make official the use of neurostars.org as a support for OpenNeuro?

Hi @jcohenadad. The support ticket system exists because there are some support requests that do not make sense to address in public. For problems with the website, I would generally suggest GitHub · Where software is built, and for general questions, neurostars is appropriate as well.

great-- that makes sense-- how about at least mentioning it in the ‘support’ section of openneuro, and also include a link to neurostars? i’m sure many conversations that could benefit the community end up being private because most people don’t know about neurostars (or are just too lazy/scared to open it and create a public post)
