Hi, I’d appreciate some advice - I am seeing oblique bands in the bbregister_bold images and I’m not sure why (example image attached, see z=16 slice). It’s more noticeable in some participants than others, but exists in almost the whole dataset.
When I’m viewing the preprocessed functional files in FSL or in BrainVoyager the data look fine.
I’m uploading an example image, along with the .json file with scan parameters.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. Thanks!
