Open source datasets

Hi there,
I am looking for some open source datasets that have already been preprocessed using fMRIPrep preferably. Where is the best place to locate these?

Thanks,
Chris

Chris:

Here are some open-source MRI datasets, but I doubt if they have been preprocessed using fMRIPrep:

If you go to OpenNeuro and search “fmriprep”, at least the first few have fMRIPrep derivatives. Also, I believe that the OpenNeuro Dataset Metadata Google Sheet, there is a column named “Processed data?”. This doesn’t indicate what kind of processed data are available, but if the data are fMRI then there’s a good chance that processed data on OpenNeuro would be fMRIPrepped.

Hi Both,
A big thank you for your suggestions and help. I’ve combed through and found a few suitable candidates.

Many Thanks,
Chris

here are some other datasets that include MRI and functional connectivity: https://connectomelab.github.io/changingconnectomes/chapter11/
