Our research team is preparing to share behavioral data along with MRI data in bids format via OpenNeuro. We are relatively new to this endeavor and have a few questions. We’d appreciate if anyone has any advice.

For behavioral data, should we share a summary score for each subject for each questionnaire OR each item score for each subject? For example, for State Anxiety Inventory (SAI), we can either share one summary score for each subject OR 20 item-based scores for each subject.

At which level should we share behavioral data?
Option 1: Highest level (e.g., Project_name/beh/SAI_all_subjects)
Option 2: Subject level (e.g., Project_name/sub-1000/ses-pre/beh/SAI)
