Summary of what happened:
On the website graphical interface, my dataset is uploaded. It is now a draft. On the versioning page I entered ‘initial release’ as a tag and clicked on the ‘Create a version’ button. However, everytime I try I get this error:
ApolloError: DOI minting failed: Datacite API error 404 for 10.18112/openneuro.ds007802.v1.0.0: {“errors”:[{“status”:“404”,“title”:“The resource you are looking for doesn’t exist.”}]}
Please support us by documenting the issue with FreshDesk.
I submitted a ticket on FreshDesk, but got an email saying the ticket was solved. However, I did not receive any other message and I still get this issue.
