We have downloaded the docker version and want to know how to get the field maps printed out (for both phasediff and pepolar methods) for comparison purposes. SVG files are printed for the field maps for the phasediff method (but not for the pepolar method) - but we’d like the files in nifty format. Is there an easy way for this to be enabled?

Hi Chris,
We currently don’t output the fieldmaps as we’ve considered these inputs to the BOLD derivatives and less as derivatives in their own right, but I think that’s a reasonable thing for fMRIPrep to output. If you want to open an issue for this feature, we can add it to our queue. If you’re interested in getting your hands dirty, we’d be happy to walk you through the process of getting started on contributing this feature yourself.
