Hello,
I would like to use Pandora White Matter Atlas with Recobundles to segment my whole-brain tractogram. However, the Pandora atlas is provided as .nii.gz masks for bundles, while Recobundles’ atlas is formatted as model tracts (.trk files). Would anyone know if it is possible to use Recobundles with the Pandora atlas as a model?
