Hi – I have an older dataset where we collected a limited FOV (30 slices that are about 1.8 mm thick). For each subject, we also collected a whole-brain image to help with registration in FSL (80 slices, same geometry otherwise). See attached.
Is there any way to include this extra image in BIDS and/or FMRIPREP? It seems like it could help with registration, but I’m not sure how to get it into BIDS.
