We’d like to start connecting with the community around PCNtoolkit via the Neurostars forum. For this reason, we’ve created a new tag: pcntoolkit. If you have questions, please use this tag when posting on Neurostars so others can easily find and contribute to discussions.
In simple terms, normative modelling allows you to perform statistics on large datasets to make predictions at the subject level, rather than relying only on traditional group comparisons (controls vs patients). This helps move psychiatry toward more personalized care.
If you’d like to get started, check out our latest preprint. We are also running a Google Summer School of Code project this year.
