Physiological data (ECG,EEG,EDA or GSR) feature extraction

Hi,
Anyone using NeuroKit for physiological data processing?
Any other recommended libraries?
(Either pyhon or matlab or other- doesn’t matter)

I’m also using Neurokit ; the project leader and a couple of coders started working on the second version if you’d like to collaborate. Write to dominique to get involved!

Otherwise, there’s not much on matlab unless you don’t mind using GUI --> HRVanalysis.
And on python, there is HRV package - you can install using pip install hrv - it has multiple plotting functions and feature extraction methods. And of course, biospPy, on which neurokit is based, contains data reading functions and a bunch of filters and segmenters.
