We are searching for a Postdoc in Düsseldorf & Jülich, Germany
Postdoc position for 2.5 years building fully reproducible pipelines for image quality control of large scale MRI data and designing machine learning models for dataset comparison and harmonization. This project provides a unique opportunity to work with very large publicly available datasets in a highly collaborative environment using HTC and HPC systems.
