For all the diffusion weighted imaging experts out there:
how could I preprocess a DWI dataset with 32 directions, b=1000, only one b0 volume, i.e. which software would be best to do so? More specifically, I would like to fix this:
which the Mrtrix preprocessing script does not fix, unfortunately…
