Processing diffusion data with only one PE direction

Hi all!
I used QSIPrep to process this subject that has only one PE direction (there was supposed to be both AP and PA but something went wrong during scan time). As a result, I couldn’t use TOPUP and as expected the final outputs look very warped. Is there another way besides TOPUP to fix some of this distortion?

Yes, you can use SynB0-DisCo to synthesize an unwarped B0 and put that in the fmap directory. Ingress of Synb0-DISCO corrected data into qsiprep · PennLINC/qsiprep · Discussion #583 · GitHub
