We have now published a paper on the PyMVPA BIDS-App!
The most recent release of the app is capable of performing classification as well as representational similarity analysis within regions of interest or on the whole brain through searchlights. The app supports both volumetric and surface-base data. If you’re a novice user, running the app is as easy as running a single terminal command. There are various command-line arguments you can use to adjust the app to your needs, and if you’re an expert, you can also always modify the pipeline!
