sort of obscure question: just wondering if anyone knows a decent python library or function that’ll calculate a 3D image’s point spread function and output x, y and z values. yes i’ve used AFNI and FSL’s tools but i need a python version. seems difficult to find and most out there seem to be 2D confocal microscopy (or astronomy) tools. thanks for your thoughts
