Hello I’m looking for a toolbox to post-process data for functional connectivity in RS for patients with multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus erythematosus. I’ve heard about XPC_D and I don’t really know if it’s the best (I’m looking for a Python toolbox) Thanks in advance

Xcp_d is best suited for atlas-based connectivity matrices (as well as other non connectivity things like ALFF and ReHo). For other applications like seed-based connectivity, Nilearn would be a fine python choice.
