I’m trying to use QSIprep for my preprocessing and I was wondering if there is an option to use a custom atlas for skull-stripping as I’m attempting to process neonatal data. Thanks in advance.

Any advice on this? Basically what I’m interested is to use the fieldmapless distortion correction on my neonatal data. Could I run QSIprep with --dwi-only and --infant and then run the fieldmap less distortion correction at the end using my preprocess structural image? Thanks in advance.
