Hello,
I would like to have more flexibility on the options available for running the two different denoising methods. Patch2self supports 4 different types of regressors, but qsiprep is set to use ‘ols’, I’d like to try the others as well. Same for dwidenoise, try different estimators.
Any ideas of how to implement theses changes on qsiprep?
