Greetings NeuroStars team,
I am preprocessing DWI of the HCP EP data and this issue is only affecting certain subjects and not all. For this particular subject there are 4 scans
99-AP, 99-PA,107-AP and 107-PA (99 and 107 are number of directions). I tried denoise before merging and also denoise after combining and in both cases it gives me Field of view of image #1 is different from reference FOV error message.
Are there any QSIprep commands that could solve this issue or resampling image 1 into the FoV of the reference as suggested in a different thread is more ideal? Any suggestions is highly appreciated.
