Hello experts, I want to run qsiprep on infant data. It seems that I should use --infant with --dwi-only so that the infant template is used. However, what should the custom atlas’s images be registered to? The documentation states that the custom atlas should be registered to MNI152NLin2009cAsym. However, Since --infant will swap the template adult MNI template to the infant one, I was wondering if the same should be done to the atlas, or is it OK to use the adult atlas with infant template?
The MNI Infant template is here, if your parcellations align with this image you should be able to run the reconstruction workflows.
I haven’t personally tested this yet, so please check that everything looks OK. If not, please open an issue!
