Hello,
I keep getting the attached error when I run qsiprep. The following entry is the problem. IT should show the j or -j ‘dwi_series_pedir’: ‘’
The problem is with PhaseEncodingdirection. It is correctly set on the json file but it is not reading it correctly.

- Are your data BIDS valid?
- Is this error subject-specific or common for every subject
- May you print the contents of your DWI json file?
