QSIprep outputs in native space

Hi,

Is it possible to get the output of QSIprep in EPI native space? without the AC-PC alignment. Thanks in advance.

At this time, I do not believe it is an option built into QSIPrep. However, you can apply the inverse transform of the native-to-ACPC warp to your images. It can be found in /YOURWORKDIR/qsiprep_wf/single_subject_XX_wf/dwi_preproc_wf/b0_anat_coreg/itk_to_rigid/.
