Quality Control Workflow in CPAC

Hi all, I am planning on implementing a version of the default pipeline for CPAC. Does anyone have recommendations on how to develop an efficient quality control method in CPAC?

I don’t want to blindly feed my CPAC outputs into the next step of my analysis, so I was just curious whether anyone had any experience developing a QC approach.

Hi @asd_tms, are you looking for the built-in QC options (configurable under

pipeline_setup:
  output_directory:
    quality_control:

in the pipeline configuration) or something beyond those measures?
