Dear all,
I’d like to transform atlases from MNI152NLin6Asym to MNI152NLin2009cAsym space and I found a transform in TemplateFlow (tpl-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_from-MNI152NLin6Asym_mode-image_xfm.h5). I’ve tested it with the Schaefer-400Parcels7Networks using the following command:
antsApplyTransforms -d 3 -e 0 -i tpl-MNI152NLin6Asym_res-02_atlas-Schaefer2018_desc-400Parcels7Networks_dseg.nii.gz -r tpl-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_res-02_desc-brain_T1w.nii.gz -o Schaefer_400Parcels7Networks_MNI152NLin2009cAsym_2mm.nii -n GenericLabel[Linear] -t tpl-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_from-MNI152NLin6Asym_mode-image_xfm.h5.
However, the output file looks slightly different than the one in the TemplateFlow (tpl-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_res-02_atlas-Schaefer2018_desc-400Parcels7Networks_dseg.nii.gz).
I’m not sure what is wrong. Do you have any suggestions?
