I am working with free surfer conformed MNI zmap (256 x 256 x 256) and I am finding peak voxel coordinates. The known MNI template has dimension (182 * 218 * 182)
I am wondering if these coordinates represent actual MNI coordinates or I need to apply some transformation matrix to the resulting coordinates.
I ask these questions because when I try to view my peak coordinates on a viewer, some of the coordinates seem to be outside the template brain (image uploaded)
