Hi,
I had a question about using a T2 image for EPI-MPRAGE registration in fmriprep. I want to achieve excellent coregistration between functional and structural data.
My T2 image has the same slice geometry and image-weighting as an EPI BOLD image, but it has the in-plane resolution of the MPRAGE.
I am using this on stroke data. I want to use the T2 image as an intermediate image to permit us to rigid body register the EPI data to the MPRAGE without any fear of misregistration due to partial volume effects.
Does fmriprep have an in-built functionality or flag to achieve this?
