Question about using the gii file as input

Summary of what happened:

Hi everyone, I’m trying to do the post preprocessing on the fsaverage5.gii file generated from fmriprep. Yet, I can only see the --cifti option on the tutorial. Can xcp_d do the post preprocessing on gii file?

I’m using the docker by the way.

No, sorry. XCP-D only works on NIfTIs in a handful of template spaces (MNI152NLin6Asym, MNI152NLin2009cAsym, MNIInfant) or CIFTIs in fsLR.
