I’m frustrated in this problem. I would like to use Gordon2014 as node to build up the structural connection in DTI. However, I only get a Gordon2014 file as dlabel.nii and it could not be used in fsl. I have already tried wb_command -cifti-convert and wb_command -label -resample, but neither of them works.
Do you have any suggestions for me that I could set the dlabel.nii file into node in fsl?
