Reading POSSUM Output Data

Hello,

I am new to working with fmri data, and would like to simulate an fmri time series. I am using POSSUM, and I have a few questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. I’d like to use R to read in the data. Does anyone know of the best way to do this? I used ReadNifti to read in the resulting NIFTI file. I selected 64x64x1 with 50 volumes, but the resulting dimensions are 181x217x362x3. Would anyone know why?

  2. Also, I’m a little confused about setting the Activation. The User guide mentions a sample file that can be found at ($FSLDIR/data/possum/activation3D.nii.gz and $FSLDIR/data/possum/activation3Dtimecourse). I’m on Windows using Ubuntu WSL. How can I access these folders?
