Hi! I’m not 100% sure if my data have been filtered. I was wondering if there would be any consequence of filtering the data in FSL if it has indeed been filtered already? Thanks!
Why not visually inspect the power spectrum of your data? This would allow you to determine whether your data has been filtered and what cutoffs were used.
Thanks for the info, Chris! I just had a quick follow-up to this…even if the data looks like it had a high pass filter already applied (in SPM), is there any harm in applying another high-pass filter (128 s), in FSL? Thanks!
