hi there is it possible to recon-all on multiecho T1 MPRAGE images?

Hi @gerardyu,

Yes, you would run recon-all on the root mean squared (RMS) image across all the echos.

Hi, I recall a comment of Matt Glasser about multi-TE T1 images and freesurfer:

In this video at about 1hour:

In short le longer echo would have some kind of artefact that would mess up with FreeSurfer. Something to check with your data!
