That error means that pandoc could not reference the AFNI citation when generating the boilerplate text. This is an auxiliary feature of fMRIPrep, so preprocessing outputs will not be degraded in any ways because of this problem. It’s just that the citation boilerplate will be incomplete. We fixed that issue long time ago, so you must be using an fMRIPrep version older than 1.1.5. Please upgrade (if it is the case that you will not be mixing outputs across fMRIPrep versions).
