Regarding the download issue of the COBRE dataset

Hello everyone, I’m currently trying to download the COBRE dataset for my research on schizophrenia, but many of the links are no longer available for download. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Where should I download this dataset?

Hi i believe the old links on nitrc are no longer working. You will need to:

  1. create account at https://coins.trendscenter.org/
  2. go to data exchange> browse available data
  3. drag ‘studies’ to the request workspace, set attribute: Study Name; Value: COBRE
  4. click ‘submit request’

The last time i did this my request was approved the next day
