Hello NeuroStar community,
I have a general question about registration of mouse MRI images to template space. I have been successful in registering my MRI images to mouse Waxholm Space using an MRI template and ANTsPy. I would like to make use of the CCFv3 template space as well, but I have not yet located an MRI template that is in that space, and I have not successfully been able to register my MRI images to the ara_nissl volume that I have found.
I wonder if there is a workflow that can properly transform images that are in waxholm space to CCFv3 or if there is a good MRI template volume that is already in CCFv3 space.
