Remove b-values from analysis

Dear all,

I’m converting my data to bids using dcm2bids and processing it using qsiprep. My data consists on 6 b0, 3 b200, 8 b500, 64 b1000 and 64b2000. I was wondering if it is possible to remove the b200 from the analysis, but at the conversion stage, so the json file is consistent. Is that possible? Thanks in advance.

I think the only thing you could do at the conversion step is to remove the dicoms corresponding to b-Val’s you want to remove. Dcm2bids doesn’t have a filter for it as far as I know. However I think if you were to convert as normal and then use a tool like MrTrix dwiextract before preprocessing to get only certain dwi shells, it would work fine.
