Repository to upload large amount of data derived from my fMRI dataset?

Hi everyone,

I want to make some data derived from my fMRI dataset publicly available. Due to data protection concerns, I cannot make the dataset itself public. Since I conducted most of my analyses on residual files from a first-level GLM, I would love to share these files and my code at least. However, even compressed, these data are roughly 150-200 GB in > 100 files per participant (which exceeds the limit of most repositories I know of) and they are obviously not a BIDS dataset, so I cannot use OpenNeuro.

Does anyone have an idea of how I could make this work?

Best,
Jasmin

I believe OpenNeuro supports derivative datasets these days, so as long as your derivatives are organized in a BIDS-like manner you should be able to upload it.

hosting data on GIN is another option: 8.6. Walk-through: Dataset hosting on GIN — The DataLad Handbook

but with that much data it may take a while to upload
