Hello, I’m using fmriprep to process my data and I have rev fmri with the same phase encoding direction but different fat shift direction, any idea that how can I use my rev fmri ro improve my preprocessing?
Hi I am not familiar with this fat shift direction, are you using Philipps images?
Yes, the Json file of rev fMRI and bold image are pertty much the same, just some differences is numerical attributes.
