I am exploring the nipy library and I am curious about how the nipy.algorithms.statistics.rft can be used to compute FWE-corrected statistical thresholds, for instance for t-maps.
Quite frustratingly, I failed to find any repositories on GitHub using this function (I might have missed one of course, as such searches can be tricky using the GitHub webpage search), and Google searches didn’t help much more.
I am not necessarily looking for a sophisticated usage, maybe some tutorial or basic application would already help!
A broader question would be about other software implementing the RFT method to deal with multiple comparisons (apart of course from SPM). Do you know any?
