ROI in the summary report

I’ve noticed that there are some odd issues in the summary report. It seems like the bold summaries are always displaying a slice that is right above the brain. Then the ROI extraction summary will display the same slice and go a bit crazy with the estimations. Do you know what could be causing this? The ROIs in the actual Niftis seem to be reasonable.

That’s a bug in the plotting code (https://github.com/poldracklab/fmriprep/issues/1152) - can be ignored. Thanks for reporting though!
