I am running an ROI analysis in the higher level of FEAT using randomise. I have created an ROI mask in FSL and entered it into the ‘Pre-thresholding masking’ of the Post-stats tab. I have also applied TFCE thresholding. However, when it ran I noticed some surviving clusters were outside of the ROI mask.
I checked the log file for particular cope of interest and I cannot see that my created mask was actually applied (only the mask that is created by FSL). Has anyone encountered this issue (and a solution) before?
