Run AROMA with a pediatric template

Hi,

I am running fMRIPrep (fmriprep_1.4.1rc4) pipeline using a pediatric template, but it seems ICA-AROMA can only run with MNI 152 template in fMRIPrep. Is it possible to add the options of using a different template available in TemplateFlow when running ICA-AROMA?

Hi @Yaqiong,

ICA-AROMA integrates a classifier that was trained on components in FSL - MNI space (MNI152NLin6Asym following fMRIPrep’s nomenclature), therefore it only works with that template.

You could always run FSL FIX on data normalized to your pediatric template with fMRIPrep, and then manually train the classifier on your own.
